Initial Consultation
Get to know us! We want to meet you and discuss your ideas. Help us understand your vision, your lifestyle, and your budget.
Home Site Selection
If you’re starting from scratch, don’t worry! We will gladly assist you in locating the perfect site for your new home. If you have already selected a lot, we offer a complementary consultation designed to help you better understand how things such as such as soil conditions, utility runs, easements and potential grading issues can impact the cost of your build.
Planning & Design
If you can dream it, we can build it! Together we’ll establish a plan that reflects your unique vision. We’ll take things like architectural style, square footage, and special requirements and desires into account and finalize a design that is perfect for you.
Professional Services Agreement
Once a home site and floor plan have been finalized, we will formalize things with a Purchase Contract. Our fixed-price model specifies the cost of your build up front, ensuring that your home building experience remains simple, predictable, on time, and on budget.
Selections
This is everyone’s favorite part! Our certified, in-house design professional will expertly guide you through the process of selecting each component of your home to ensure it reflects your both your vision and your budget.
Construction
Watch as your vision comes to life! We will keep you updated throughout the construction process and invite you to visit the site during various phases.
Completion
Welcome home! Before closing, we have a formal walkthrough to ensure that everything you have dreamed of.
Warranty
Though you’ll be enjoying your happily ever after in your beautiful new home, you can rest assured that we’re not going anywhere! A builder warranty is included with your new home and we’ll check in with you periodically to make sure that all is well. Customer service is our pleasure and peace of mind beyond the building process is our guarantee.
